Pareto Capital is an integrated financial services institution offering Investor Relations (IR) Advisory, Investment Banking and Asset Management. We are looking to add investor relations consultant who could independently handle IR for our clients. Primary Responsibilities : 1. Develops and maintains a company's investor relations plan including messaging and positioning 2. Creates presentations, press releases, financial model and other communication materials for analysts, brokers, and investors 3. Performs a comprehensive competitive analysis, including financial metrics and differentiation 4. Serves as the key point of contact for the investment and research community 5. Organizes road shows, earnings conference calls, and investor meetings 6. Monitors analyst reports and summarizes them for senior management 7. Provides feedback to management regarding the investment community's perception of the company Experience : 1. Prior experience in Equity Research / Equity Sales/ Investor Relations / Corporate IR department 2. Understanding of business and financial of companies, especially listed Indian companies 3. Good interpersonal and communication skills 4. CA / CFA / MBA / other equivalent degree
