Analyst/ Associate/ VP - Investor Relations

- As a part of our Investor Relation (IR) Business at Pareto Capital, we are looking to add consultants who will be responsible for proactively developing, implementing and managing all aspects of Investor Relations for a client.

- IR combines finance, communication, and marketing to effectively control the flow of information between a public company, its investors, and its stakeholders. This role plays a critical part in defining and delivering the company's message to capital market including investors and analysts.

Primary Responsibilities :

1. Developing the company's investor relations plan including messaging and positioning

2. Investor targeting - identifying and approaching suitable potential investors

3. Representing the company to investors and research brokers

4. Presenting investor feedback to company management (CXOs)

5. Creating effective and powerful investor documents (presentations, press release, etc.)

6. Organising investor events such as - investor day, road shows, earnings conference calls

7. Performing a comprehensive competitive analysis, including financial metrics and differentiation

8. Preparing analytical reports on shareholding pattern, stock market indicators, valuations, etc.

9. Serving as the key point of contact for the investment and research community

10. Building receptive capital markets

Experience and Skills Required :

1. Prior experience in Equity Research / Equity Sales/ Investor Relations / Corporate IR department

2. Understanding of business and financial statements (including ratios, valuation, etc.) of companies, especially listed Indian companies

3. Extremely strong communication (verbal, written, graphic) skills, as well as the ability to develop and maintain business relationships

4. Presentations and data visualization skills

5. Financial modeling & research model creation

6. Ability to work with multiple clients

7. CA / CFA / MBA / other equivalent degree
