Job Profile - Human Manager (Operations)

Job Descriptions:

- Handling PAN India HR Agencies for Temporary Staffing

- Working on adding new agencies to source our contractual staff

- Revising commercials with existing HR Agencies

- Managing the demand from PAN India for handling recruitment of Field Execs PAN India

- Contacting relevant City Level POCs for fulfillment of demand

- Managing the invoices and payments to HR Agencies for processing of payments

- Keeping a track of all expenses towards staffing

Expectation from you:

- Solve industry level sourcing problems by coming up with innovative solutions

- Work on reducing our overall manpower cost
