HR Head
- The position is responsible for partnering the circle business to deliver on overall circle strategy and goals. Will be responsible for overall strategy formulation & management.
- Act as a responsible business partner and ensures HR support towards meeting overall business goals. Being a startup HR Leader recruitment and talent acquisition is always a priority.
- Talent Acquisition, Approve the acquisition strategy & Ensure acquisition of relevant and best talent.
- Design & deploy recruitment processes and policies
- Engage with key stakeholders for manpower projections and devise hiring strategy accordingly
- Develop and implement a campus engagement strategy
- Devise and implement practices that help in making the organization an employer of choice
- Manage the recruitment process by ensuring the closure of positions on time
- Closely partner with the hiring managers and understand manpower requirements
- Engage with all recruitment service providers and maximize efficiencies
- Strategize and develop all possible (conventional/non-conventional) channels of sourcing
- Work on building diversity in the organization
- Talent Retention
- Ensure specific initiatives to retain critical & valued talent across levels.
- Employee Engagement & Development
- Ensure people development plans are created & executed Employee Engagement
- Ensure employees are engaged and demonstrate Co Brand values.
- Manage a team of 5-6 members
- Effective internal communication & branding
- Payroll & Salaries
- Admin/Employee services & facilities
- Create office Infrastructure. Ensures that office environment is compliant with Health, safety and hygiene norms.
- HR Statutory compliance's ensures no non conformance.
Key Skills/Experience Required :
- MBA HR with relevant work experience of 5-8 years.
- Well rounded HR generalist experience in startup.
