- To work in line with the vision, mission, and objectives of the organization

- Overall Budgeting of hospital, dept wise, contribution, EBIDTA

- To achieve Budgeted Revenue & Expenditure

- To achieve EBIDTA as per budgeted numbers.

- Development of Operational Strategies as per the business plan

- To plan, organize, and manage the Clinical Services effectively as per the Business Plan for the particular financial year.

- To ensure that the hospital is managed within the budgetary provisions.

- Developing & implementing SOPs for various processes.

- Develop, update and implement standards to bring about quality in services.

- Recruitment and retention of excellent clinical manpower.

- Create a performance-oriented culture and team spirit
