d. Traffic on Site & platforms
e. Customer Engagement
f. Leads converted
g. Revenue generated through Leads / new channel
h. Reduction on Customer Acquisition Cost
4. Manage traffic through paid & organic medium
5. Creating content & influencers engagement for all digital platforms
