We believe that unless the members of community are made the stake-holders in the process of maintaining public order and evil-free society, the efforts will fail. Time and again, power of aware and motivated citizens has proven to be a strong force in tackling these issues. We are looking for an individual who can help support build a citizen-led movement to defeat the perpetrators of crimes in the city. The individual should have a knack of understanding the local sentiments and craft campaign ideas that resonate with the same. Facilitating a social movement with community ownership will require a multi-pronged approach involving omni-channel engagement. The social movement lead will play a crucial role in supporting the government in tackling a complex societal issue through the power of community. Responsibilities and KRA's : The Social movement lead will be responsible for managing a team of campaign associates, content creators, digital marketers, and media relationship managers to achieve the following: - Design campaigns to increase awareness about the social issue among the citizens and motivate them to stand-up for the cause - Build a robust volunteer program including outreach, platforms of engagement and incentives - Establish and nurture relationship with Print and Electronic media houses to facilitate stories on the subject with powerful narratives - Plan and organise offline events to engage with the citizens on the issue - Establish a network of influencers - offline and online, who will amplify the message of the campaign - Craft powerful messages and narratives for communications with the citizens - Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts the target audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.). - Build, promote, monitor and manage the campaign's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant Requirement : - 4+ years of experience as campaign manager or relevant field. Atleast 2 years of experience in social development or political campaigning space - Demonstrable experience in recruitment, management and development a team of more than 10 people - Great understanding of social media, PR space, online communication channels. - Proven experience in campaign design and narrative creation Why should you apply? - We are an elite team of India's most innovative professionals.
