Position: Head of Security Location : Mumbai / Maharashtra Purpose of the role : This is a role for the Security team and the purpose of this function is to identify perceived level of threat and solution implementation of security issues at the strategic and operational levels, pertaining to corporate risk management, physical and data security primarily focused on people, infrastructure, processes and technology. Key Responsibilities : - Design and implement solutions across the organization pertaining to security and vigilance - Formulation of policies and SOPs which need to be followed internally and externally - Risk Assessment across data management, people processes, infrastructure and technology - Conducting security reviews and compliance audits of establishments on an ongoing basis - Business continuity management and disaster recovery planning - Crisis management and emergency response across various processes and operations - Deploy security plans for team members entering into high risk areas - Liaison with police to report threats - Identify individuals that pose the highest threat to the organization and engage in activity planning with leadership, continuous monitoring of the situation, and develop and implement strategies to ensure that threat isn't realized - Develop security plans associated with travel to hotels, apartments, to other types of residences for individuals facing security threats - Monitoring and evaluating that proprietary, confidential, and sensitive information is not being casually or maliciously shared by employees both internally and externally - Developing internal communication and information sharing protocols and observing that they are being properly followed - Strategic mitigation planning of all risks identified - Responsible for monitoring and investigating code of conduct violations - Responsible for plugging revenue leakage, carrying out anti-corruption/ vigilance functions of the company - Implementation of technical and physical surveillance to track suspicious movements of physical asset and data - Security measures to be implemented within the office premises for employee security, visitor policy &amp; data access - Security measures for women employees while working late and/or on a project - Apply a deep understanding of the organization's security environment to help shape strategic decision making by leadership Skills Required: - Age upto 40 years - Has experience in creating SOPs for the organization for Risk Mitigation - Has implemented mitigation plans by adopting different technology platforms - Has the ability to mentor the team members and guide them towards policy adaptation - Has the ability to partner with the management &amp; guide the organization through proactive risk planning - Has the ability to single handedly lead the path for the Security &amp; Vigilance Function - Is willing to travel to various locations within India where our clients are based
