ParallelDots - Manager - Digital Marketing

If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things - marketing and technology. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign.

Responsibilities:

1. Drive marketing programs which are highly targeted basis content affinity of relevant segmented audience cohorts

2. Manage all efforts and goals on organic and digital paid media: SEO, SEM, Display, Paid Social, Affiliate, Direct buys etc.

3. Drive digital marketing efficiencies and reach through continuous communication testing (a/b), innovation using different platforms and new products/formats, active co-creation and planning with Google/FB/others as partner

4. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

5. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

6. Identify trends, and optimize performance based on insights

7. Brainstorm new and creative strategies

8. Work with various teams (design, content, acquisition, product, sales) to implement strategies.

9. Should be thorough in email marketing.

10. Should be able to write good content across all communication channels of ParallelDots.
