Expected role and responsibilities - - At ParallelDots, you will be facing new challenges every day. You will be working closely with the co-founders and the Business Head of the Company to deliver the ongoing projects. - You should have good leadership and team management skills as you will be managing a team of Business Analysts working on projects with you. - You should be able to deliver the final output to the Clients in collaboration with the Engagement Manager and manage the client accounts to ensure cross-selling and up-selling Expected qualifications: - 1 - 3 years of business development and client engagement experience in a B2B company - Excellent command over written and verbal English - Knowledge of AI/machine learning shall be preferred - Strong command in tools like Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and Word - Affinity to learn new tools such as JIRA, Asana, etc. as and when required to deliver the task In short, we are looking for someone who is able to roll with the punches when things change. You should be able to communicate clearly, with new or experienced people within the organization; you speak eloquently and can explain about anything to anyone. You should be motivated, driven and patient enough to work under pressure at times.
