Paradise Food Court - Commercial Controller

- Responsible for all Commercial activities of the Company including vendor negotiations, Vendor Management, Contract Administration and Handling other Commercial activities.

- Partnering with all the departments on commercial related issues relating to pricing, policy, schemes, contracts etc and ensuring that all business strategies are aligned to management targets of top line & bottom line.

- Meticulous Drafting of Commercial Policy, formats and process in a comprehensive & self-explanatory manner which serves as business enabler.

- Develop definitive understanding of all functional cost centers including key activities, resourcing requirements, spending patterns, business risks and opportunities

- Think and act strategically to drive cost savings or cost containment opportunities across the business working closely with senior management on alternative outside services and vendors.

- Develop and rollout user friendly tools that provide functional leaders with visibility of YTD spending activities and ability to forecast BTG with clarity and ease

- Participation in commercial negotiations with the vendors

- Review of all commercial contracts and engagements and ensure that the pricing and other terms and conditions are in the interest of the Company

- Vetting of Price revision proposals and agreement renewals

- Ensure proper tax planning and impact in finalizing the terms with the vendors

- Monitoring and benchmarking of all CAPEX spends

- Vendor management and Liaisoning

- Conduct periodic audit / review of the spends to minimize unexpected spending variations and incorrect classification

- Ensuring proper accounting of assets at field locations.

- New Initiatives and process development.

- Keeping track on budgets and ensuring the spends are within budget

- Manage commercial compliances with respect to payment policies, credit norms etc

- Coordination for all the department's and finalization of budget

- Compliance with Indian laws & regulations
