A US and Hyderabad based IT company with presence in Staffing solutions and eGovernance is looking for Financial Controller to head its finance functions. The position reports into the Managing Director  Job Description	:		  - Lead the 7-10 member team to maintain books of accounts  - Manage Audit and Statutory compliance  - Handle cash flow planning and control  - Control branch revenues and expenses  - AR - invoice management, reporting & follow up  - Manage reporting requirement to Banks, SEZ authorities and others  - Manage taxation both direct and indirect  - Liase with department and business heads for timely delivery  Essentials	:	  - Should have worked with service industry in reasonably senior position   - Having worked in Focus accounting environment is preferable  - Additional knowledge of manufacturing will be an advantage   - Dynamic and willing to pull in long hours  - Need excellent communication skills  - Hyderabad based candidates are preferred
