We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Enterprise Sales Head to lead our enterprise sales vertical. As an enterprise sales head, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the company in this vertical. You will also build a strong sales channel for the products. You will be expected to lead a team of sales professionals, build and maintain relationships with key clients and stay abreast of the emerging needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer First, always. Build strong relationships with customers, deeply understand their needs and provide customized solutions.

- Strong team leader. Lead and manage a team of enterprise sales professionals, nurture future sales leaders.

- Deliver. Forecast sales goals and deliver on the numbers and continue to identify new areas for value creation.

- Result-oriented. Be responsible for quarterly and annual business goals.

- Agile and leading from the front. Be responsible for new business development via prospecting, qualifying, promoting and closing software/hardware solutions/services and products.

As an Enterprise Sales Head, you will help grow the cybersecurity business by building and expanding relationships with customers. You will work with customers to deliver business value, demonstrate product functionality, and provide an overview of key business use cases. You will lead day-to-day relationships with external customer stakeholders, leading with empathy, while identifying innovative ways to multiply impact.

Preferred qualifications:

- Understanding of broad range of security and networking technologies.

- Ability to provide accurate forecasting to the reporting manager regularly.

- Excellent leadership, influencing, and relationship development skills.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an enterprise sales leader in the cyber security industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- In-depth knowledge of cyber security products and services

- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies

- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
