Role:

Level - Senior Management

Salary Range - 35L - 40 L (bracket consideration depending on experience)

Job Description:

Channel Partner Relationship Management:

1. Establish and nurture strong relationships with Channel Partners (CPs) in the Western Suburbs of real estate market.

2. Collaborate with CPs to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring a mutually beneficial partnership

Lead Generation:

1. Drive the sourcing team in acquiring high-quality leads from Channel Partners.

2. Develop strategies to maximize lead generation and conversion rates

3. Building Relationships with Customers and Channel Partners

Sales Operations :

1. Generating sales through the existing customers, events, exhibitions and channel partners.

2. Competition analysis including tracking of new launches by the competitors in the Super Luxury segment on a regular basis and working out appropriate strategies to tackle competition.

3. Interfacing with Channel Partners / financial institutions for organizing road shows and other sales promotional activities.

4. Maintaining visibility in the Ultra HNI network.

5. Evaluate new channels of communication, invest in building relationships and maintain productivity.

6. Nurture, grow and develop long term relationships with Channel Partners and connect with Customers.

7. Interfacing with channel partners / IPCs on a regular basis, updating them on Sales plans and ensuring their effective engagement

8. Engaging with the customers through periodical events, sharing updates with them on a regular basis, resolving their grievances & generating further leads through them

9. Interface with financial institutions in devising effective financing plans

10. Coordinating with the Marketing communications team for updating Brochures and other relevant Collaterals. / service providers for outdoor advertising, designing and printing of Brochures

Leadership and Team Management:

1. Lead and oversee the Sourcing Team, providing guidance and direction to ensure effective performance.

2. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team

Lead Generation

1. Drive the sourcing team in acquiring high-quality leads from Channel Partners. Develop strategies to maximize lead generation and conversion rates

New Offer Creation:

1. Innovate and create compelling offers and incentives to motivate Channel Partners and enhance lead generation

2. Regularly evaluate and update offers to stay competitive in the Western Suburbs market

Market Analysis:

1. Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate landscape in Western Mumbai

2. Utilize market insights to tailor strategies for enhanced lead sourcing

Performance Metrics:

1. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sourcing team, ensuring consistent achievement of targets.

2. Implement strategies for continuous improvement based on performance metrics. Collaboration with Other Departments

3. Work closely with other departments, including Sales and Marketing, to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of initiatives

Qualifications and skills:

1. Graduate /Post Graduate in Sales or Marketing

2. Experience range - 10 - 12 years

3. Age Bracket - 40 - 45 years
