Job Description:


About the role:


- As a Director Business Operations for PAR, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient functioning of our organization.


- You will drive process improvement & cross-functional collaboration.


- Your efforts will directly contribute to our growth and operational excellence.


- You will play a critical role in ensuring efficient operations, effective communication, and smooth coordination among various departments and teams within the company.


- Your focus will be on enhancing productivity, streamlining processes, improving controls, and fostering a positive work environment.


- This role reports to the Head of India of the company..


Responsibilities:


- Lead and inspire a diverse team of employees, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.


- Create mechanisms to measure the health of an organization.


- Identify areas of the company that are struggling, streamline and improve business processes across all functions.


- Provides expertise in managing and leading change and is an advocate for creating a culture that supports business objectives.


- Liaising with the Head of India to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals. Create strategic plans or budgets along with India leadership.


- Foster collaboration and communication with various stakeholders, including business leaders, to gather input and feedback.


- Work closely with product, engineering, enablement teamsidentify there need and drive excellence.


- Identify need of optimization and automation of daily operations to improve efficiency and revenue.


- Create and present reports to senior leadership, facilitate data-driven decision-making.


- Communicate updates, progress, issues, risks, and help needed whenever required or necessary.


- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance.


- Deliver communication received from senior management to the team members though town halls, team meetings.


Requirements:


- Have a process excellence mindset and has experience in scaling organisational people processes.


- Strong people leader with deep team management experience.


- Have an analysts eyes when looking for patterns or interpretations of the data.


- 15+ years of total experience. MBA in related field (FP&A, Operations).


- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.


- The ability to drive change and deliver results.


- Strong ability to set up processes, track KPIs and build consistent cultures.


- Have an openness towards innovative & radical thinking, willing to challenge and change traditional processes to cater to the evolving talent market.


- Excellent organizational, leadership, analytical problem solving and strategic thinking skills.
