Par Formulations - Assistant Manager - Supply Chain Planner

US MNC seeking a supply chain management professional for a supply planning role at a plant situated in Indore.

Key responsibilities:

- Material requirement planning

- Managing and controlling finished goods inventory. Anticipating stock demands based on current and future business projections.

- End-to-end inventory management from raw materials to finished goods. Creating inventory reports and presenting suggestions for management of slow-moving/non-moving inventory.

- Despatch planning and logistics co-ordination

- Rough cut capacity planning and optimization of production schedules in line with market priorities.

- Periodic reviews with internal and external stakeholders

- Project support for new product launches, tech. transfers, etc.

Key Skills:

- Quick and willing learner

- Strong analytical skills with sound business understanding

- Good communication and problem solving skills

- Expertise in MS Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA, preferably specializing in supply chain management.

- Working knowledge of SAP production planning module.

- 1-2 years of supply chain related experience in supply planning, preferably in the pharma industry
