We are looking at competent people for the role of Area Manager. Role is to manage an assigned region with a sales force of Area Executives (AEs)

Your Responsibilities : 

Primary Role :

- You will be responsible for launching Papergrid in the assigned region. 

- You will have end to end ownership (sales, demand generation, manpower, collection, capture of market insights and strategy execution) while adhering to company policies.

- Appoint channel partners i.e. distributors for the allocated region

- Parallel to appointing distributors, you need to recruit frontline sales people (Area Executives) to develop the market

- Develop and execute strategies to become the market leader in an extremely competitive and challenging industry
