Job Description:
- Deal origination, through direct marketing, channel partners and other sources
- Assisting the IB leadership team in conducting industry research, market mapping
- Initiate and engage business development activities for Equity & Debt Funding and other business activities of group
- Understand the processes of transaction including initial pitch, field visits, management meeting, detailed credit notes, types of structuring, pricing and legal negotiation and execution.
- Liasoning with clients and preparation of transaction collaterals like pitch presentations, teasers, information memorandum etc
- Modelling and valuation of investment opportunities
- Perform diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions
- Build relationships across stakeholders in the capital market and Investment banking ecosystem
Competencies:
- Strong understanding on SEBI regulations and Stock Exchanges Guidelines on IPO, QIP, Rights and Buyback, Takeover and others
- Excellent relationships with Corporates/VC/PE/Banks/Family offices and others
- Strong understanding on SEBI regulations and Stock Exchanges Guidelines
- Experience in raising capital through equity financing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Organize tasks, set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks
