Retail Store Manager
Job Description :
- Driving Store Sales numbers with an - eye- on Top Line and Bottom Line numbers to ensure desired EBIDTA achieved.
- Ensure Revenue Generation from various sources other than core sales, to achieve assigned target and productivity of the store.
- Ensuring the Key Performance Indicators of a Store like footfall, Conversion, ATV & basket size are maintained as per Annual Business Plan.
- Ensuring the revenue & sales per sq. feet is generated as per Annual Business Plan
- Maintain direct and indirect cost at the minimal level, and cost effective utilization of all resources.
- Coordinate & follow up with the front end category team for timely replenishment of fast moving merchandise.
- Be the custodian of Customer delight and take effective measures to build a customer centric culture in the store
- Ensure the store display is maintained as per Merchandise Presentation Manual
- Liaising with various business partners & stakeholders like local administration, Govt. personnel & other support functions to ensure smooth functioning of the business.
- Ensure all necessary requisites and Compliances are maintained correctly for smooth functioning of the store.
- Educating /Training all staffs on the effectiveness of VM for achievement of business objectives.
- Effective development of second line through continuous coaching, and mentoring with constructive feedback.
- People from Lifestyle Apparels Experience would be preferred.
- People who have worked & Stayed in East India would also be preferred.
