Roles and responsibilities : We are looking for the person who has minimum 2 years of experience handling into Operations &amp; Sales . 1. Manage chat and onboarding team at Pankhuri to deliver what brides/females need and to continually improve the team's efficiency and effectiveness. 2. Decide priorities, create blueprints and SOPs to manage the chat and onboarding team to deliver them. Focus on key metrics, such as NPS, CSAT, response time, revenue and keep improving the same. 3. Build measurement tools that best fits the needs of the business categories. 4. Identify failure modes in current processes and work closely with core teams to solve problems to improve product, process or perceived quality. 5. Understand customer needs and requirements and build effective standards for implementation of the same through constant iteration and experiments till arrival of steady state implementation. 6. Has deep understanding of P&amp;L and works with team leaders to optimise costs across the supply chain. 7. Understands market dynamics, trends and can use them to pro-actively decide sourcing strategy on a 18-24-month timeline. Skills/Core Competencies : 1.
