Job Description- - Own and drive growth and CAC KPIs for all digital channels to meet business requirements. - Create and manage multiple paid campaigns on performance marketing channels. - Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms. - Use advanced metrics to measure the success of a marketing campaign. - Setup up and optimize paid Facebook ads campaigns. - Manage and optimize different stages in the marketing funnel including ad copies, content used and landing pages to maximize conversion rate. - Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including Email, SEM, SEO, Social media, Display, App install, retargeting, SEM, PPC, Google Display Network - Driving activations and repeat transactions from users - Using Engagement &amp; Analytics platforms for journey building &amp; segmentation of users for targeted campaigns. Sound knowledge of Google Analytics is a must. - Reducing churn and uninstalls of users from portal and app- Re-engaging with users to increase their time spent on the site or app - Reports progress to senior marketing management
