Reports to CEO Responsibilities - - Develop an in-depth understanding of the vertical including the market needs, products in the market, the manufacturers, the trade (traditional and modern) and be on top of trends that shape the vertical - Onboarding sellers and driving growth for them on the marketplace - Define, refine and track metrics which help in assessing the health and progress of the category - Be responsible for the P&amp;L of the vertical, own operational metrics on market penetration, supply pipeline, catalogue quality, logistics and speed of fulfilment - Drive traffic through intelligent merchandising and promotions - Work closely with the account managers and buying team to plan inventory and ensure smooth operations - Leverage product capabilities and actively drive innovation in product requirements Skills / Qualifications :&nbsp; - In-depth knowledge of category management, marketing and sales principles - Understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods - An analytical mind with a thinking ability - Excellent communication and people skills - PnL management is appreciated - Comfortable with frequent travels
