Business Development Manager
Overview - The Business Development team is responsible for selling high value membership. It includes teams like HVM (High Value Memberships), Renewals, Hubs, and Retail Centres - spread across locations but they are united by one cause." Customer satisfaction & Market Penetration".
Role - We are looking to onboard an exceptional B2B cum B2C Sales Leader. You will be working in close coordination with the core leadership team, with a focus on driving excellence in business performance in sync with the core business propositions.
Velocity- You will be expected to deliver results in a fast paced, operationally intensive, and rapidly changing environment.

What you will do in this role :
- Generate Leads & Connect with New Customers and pitch Pandoras offerings.
- Able to Give Sales Pitch to Decision Maker from Corporate, Level of client interaction- CFO, Finance Controller, Finance Manager, Co-Founders, Business Head, Business Owners, Purchase Head, etc
- Strategize on Key Account Acquisition and build long term relationships with key stake holders.
- Hiring, Training and mentoring of new joiners on end-to-end product knowledge.
- Selecting and participating in events and conferences to reach the approach the key decision makers.
- Providing support in managing escalation from clients to resolve their concerns and addressing queries (customer advocacy) from other departments for a smooth ride for customer's diverse issues.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE :
- Experience of 5-8 years of in role of HRMS Sales/ Corporate Sales/ Business Development
- Experience in Fintech domain either Payments or lending, Banking, NBFCs is preferred
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication
- Excellent teamwork skills
