You will -
- Develop plans and strategies for talent acquisition process and achieving the company's hiring goals
- Engage with prospective candidates on a regular basis, nurture relationships and close vacancies with the right candidate in the desired lead time
- Partner with various internal business and technology teams to meet the business requirements and meet hiring targets
- Thrive in a culture of success and ongoing business and functional goal achievement
- Manage business expectations and contribute to a high level of business teams satisfaction
- Put in place processes and systems to support the success of the talent acquisition function
- Provide detailed and accurate hiring lead time forecasting
- Compile information and data related to hiring interactions
- Work closely with the business function to establish successful support
- Build strong pipeline of candidates so that hiring happens at the right time.
Your Professional Profile -
- Experience in end to end hiring for technical as well as non-technical positions.
- 3+ years of professional experience in end to end Talent Acquisition
- Proven experience working within a start-up environment
- Exhibits awareness of best hiring practices and methods
- Demonstrates solid motivational and influencing skills
- Maintains a professional and confident demeanour
- Experience of working with ATS
- Logistics market knowledge
- Multi-disciplinary, always-learning mindset
