Asst. Product Manager/ Sr. Executive Product Management - Mobility Solutions & Innovation

Key Responsibilities :

1. Assisting product team for :

a. Competition benchmarking

b. Defining Customer Value Proposition

c. Making PRD & SRS documents

d. Defining Product use cases

e. Creation of feature cards, Training manuals for customer as well as Service support team

2. Secondary as well as Primary research as required for new project / ideas

3. Market visits

4. Preparation for Business Case for new projects

5. Post commissioning project management & product management

6. Managing operational support

7. Managing cross functional support with Legal, IT, Sales, Accounts & Vendor

8. Ensuring project delivery within defined timelines

9. Periodic project reviews/progress report to Top Management

10. Managing post launch customer outreach program and feedback management

Must Have Skills :

- 4 to 6 years of experience in Product Management in IT/Mobility Domain with MNCs

- Hands-on experience of handling new and innovative products/solutions

- Alliances Management experience & skills

- In-depth working knowledge of conducting Market Research, Competition Landscape mapping, Market potential assessment

- Good understanding of Project Handling/Management processes like innovation stage gate

- Hands on experience of business planning, GTM planning & product PL handling.

- Proficient in preparing Business proposal presentations

- Master's Degree in Management / MBA

- Good MS Power point & MS Excel skills

- Hands on knowledge about MS Project & Visio

- Proficiency in communication
