Role : Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant - Customer Engagement(CE)
Experience : 2+ years
Location : Spaze ITech Park, Sector-49, Gurugram
Working Days : Monday to Friday (UK Timing)
Minimum Requirements - Education, Skill & Abilities :
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Human Resources or Engineering
- Approximately 2-3 years' experience implementing D365 CRM application most current versions
- Hands-on working experience on CE Apps like D365 Sales, D365 Marketing, D365 Customer Service, & D365 Field Service.
- Should have working knowledge of PowerApps.
- Experience with integration tools and 3rd party add on modules
- Knowledge of product customization process
- Minimum one Full Life Cycle implementation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
Technical :
- Demonstrates proficiency in practice technology. Understands business processes and relates knowledge to product functionality.
- Defines business requirements for technical solutions. Can identify & help design customizations, workaround or enhancements required to meet customer needs.
- Leads project teams through design workshops and pilot environments.
- Develop data conversion and testing strategies.
Functional :
- Begins to utilize approved methodology phases, activities and tasks to deliver quality work products for clearly defined projects in one of the following areas : Analysis, Design, Testing, Implementation, Support and Maintenance.
- Begins to understand customer needs. Helps perform gap analysis between package functionality and customer requirements.
- Participates in creating project specific documentation.
- Responds promptly and professionally to customer requests and queries.
- Assists with training of users on new processes and products.
- Provides excellent service to internal & external customers.
- Actively establishes relationships with all levels within the customer organization.
- Maintains continuous, open, consistent professional communication with customers, peers and management. Openly listens to others and checks understanding
