Company : A leading NBFC, spread across all major cities and districts, Pan India.

Position : India Head - Home Loans

Reporting To : MD

Location : Chennai

Qualification : CA / CFA / MBA-Finance

Experience :10 - 15 years relevant experience in an MNC or a reputed Indian Company

Key Responsibilities :

- Evaluate proposals of debt and structured finance for real estate developers across India.

- Financial analysis of clients & markets, identification and optimization of risk identified.

- Structuring deals & presenting to senior management committee for approval.

- Responsible for managing all accounting and finance related activities within the organization and ensuring there is discipline in budgeting and expenditure.

- Establish a system for sourcing of transactions that fit into the credit lending philosophy of the company.

- Keeping abreast of all regulatory and economic developments taking place in the real estate sector and establish a system to record the same and spread knowledge/information within the organization in a systematic manner

- Supervise the preparation of financial information. Timely closing of book of accounts.

- Review and approve all financial results and report it to the board of directors

- Co-ordinate with external auditors to ensure timely audits and compliance

- Ensure timely adherence to RBI related compliance's

Key Requirements :

- Relevant working Experience with banks / NBFC in Home Loan Sector

- Estimation of the business needs in advance and arranging suitable structure of borrowing

- Strong credit & structuring experience

- Good understanding of the financial markets, financial products

- Timely MIS reporting

- Understanding the business cash flow

- Should have a good network with banks and financial intermediaries.

- Highly motivated individual who can maintain persistence and positivity in negotiations with banks and financiers

- Ability to lead/work in a team environment and ability to consummate the transaction in a time-bound manner

- Excellent written and verbal communication and influencing skills primarily in one on one interactions.
