Project Manager

- Overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project.

- Define and clarify project scope, Develop the project plan, Develop the project schedule, Develop policies and procedures to support the achievement of the project objectives, Resource Planning, Activity Planning and Sequencing, Time & Cost Estimations, Developing a Budget, Risk Analysis, Scalability, Inter-operability and Portability Analysis,

- Determine the organizational structure of the project team, Identify roles and positions, Identify services to be provided by external companies, Staff project positions,

- Clear Communication with the team and the clients/management, Conflict Resolution.

- Defining project baselines, Tracking project progress, Benefits Realization,

- Must have a combination of skills including an ability to ask penetrating questions, detect unstated assumptions and resolve conflicts, as well as more general management skills

- Key among his or her duties is the recognition that risk directly impacts the likelihood of success and that this risk must be both formally and informally measured throughout the lifetime of the project

- Must have at least 4 to 6 years of experience in Information technology field, worked and handled several complex projects

- A professional degree in IT. PMP certification is an added advantage
