Palladium Group - Consultant - Project Management

The primary responsibilities:

- Work with senior team members to develop hypotheses and work plans that address project objectives

- Manage the data collection and analysis

- Develop insights from the analytical process and integrate findings into the broader project work

- Build the relationship between Palladium and the client's project team

- Interact independently with client leadership

- Identify follow-on opportunities and the articulate proposed approach

- Proactively seek out opportunities to be involved in winning new clients

- Co-facilitate client workshops

- Coach and mentor junior team members both overall and on projects

- Manage and coordinate internal projects

Relationships:

- Key relationships will be with the manager, clients as well as the wider Consulting team

- This role will likely have at least one direct report which will require close management in line with the performance excellence model 

- When working on a particular client project, there will be a designated client relationship manager who the senior consultant will be required to liaise closely with throughout the duration of the project

Minimum education and experience required:

- Degree in Engineering / Architecture with Masters in Management/ Business Administration/ Urban Planner or equivalent

- Minimum 4 years' relevant experience across areas of Project Assessment, Public Finance, Public Procurement and Contract Management with Government agencies

- Experience of working with Government Departments/ ULBs in project development, financial assessment, implementation management, project monitoring, procurement and consulting

- Experience of project procurement /transaction advisory across smart city solutions/urban development/infrastructure sectors

- Balanced skills in general problem solving, concept development, project management, and facilitation

- Results driven, persistent, and persuasive

- Self-starter/pro-active, strong entrepreneurial spirit

- Willingness to travel up to 4 days out of 5

- Willingness to relocate / be based out to Pune

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Hindi. Additionally, proficiency in Marathi is desirable.
