Palladium Group - Consultant - Government Sector - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

As a key member of the team, Consultant develops relationships with client team members and communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires delivering consulting assignments with the Government (city/state level) as clients and are expected to manage time allocation, learning new things, maintaining project timelines and budget for areas that they control.

The projects involve city/state level development planning & identification of socio-economic impact projects, as well as driving project delivery & performance management. The role also involves planning & managing extensive communications with various stakeholders including citizens, industry experts, government department heads, as well as internal team.

Primary responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities of the Consultant are to:

- Understand client or external data and present analysis to project team.

- Interact with client leadership.

- Design and implement communication plans to citizens, stakeholders and client teams.

- Manage organizing of workshops and events involving multiple stakeholders.

- Help clients clearly articulate their needs; proactively seek out opportunities to be involved in winning new clients.

- Provide feedback on proposed approaches for solving client issues and draft client proposal materials.

- Conduct independent data gathering activities with clients.

- Design qualitative and quantitative research tools.

- Analyse market and client data sets to create insight.

- Craft day-to-day client team communication without need for review.

- Provide feedback on proposed approaches for solving client issues.

- Draft client deliverable, presentation and proposal materials.

- Help troubleshoot project issues/challenges and resolve conflicts.

- Lead project work-streams.

- Mentor new Palladium employees and junior team members .

Minimum experience & qualifications required :

- Minimum 3 years experience across consulting, marketing, communications

- Prior work with Government is desirable

- Degree in management/marketing/ communications from a premier institute

- Exceptional standard of written and verbal business communications skills

- Proficiency in written & spoken English and Marathi

- Excellent MS Office skills
