- Experience of bidding for e Learning and Designing offshore projects would be an advantage .

- Candidate should possess excellent knowledge and experience in Bidding

- Ability to understand the business requirements to generate business through online portals.

- Requirement analysis

- Ability to filter bids matching with our company portfolio.

- Quick initial response to the bids.

- Candidate should know to write proposals for projects.

- Should be from an IT background.

- Good Command on English, both written & verbal.

- Candidate should be presentable.

- Deal Negotiations, Finalizing Deals with clients.

- Client Interaction.

- Building and maintaining client relationships.

- Capable of achieving targets.

- Candidate must have 1 to 3 years of experience in Sales .

- Willing to work at Mohali.
