Job Responsibilities: - Tapping the market for potential leads and using marketing efforts to penetrate the market. - Developing market intelligence for identifying segments and understanding competition around it. - Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth and collaboration. - Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients. - Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained. - Suggesting upgrades or added services that may be of interest to clients. - Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes. - Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant. - Manage bids for tenders and create RFPs for government - Work closely with the project delivery team to optimize resource allocation, ensuring that the right skills are applied at the right time to maximize efficiency and meet project deadlines. Job Requirements: - Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar. - Total 2-3 years of Experience, IT industry BD experience or Techno commercial background - Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services. - Professional yet affable disposition. - Neat, well-groomed appearance. - Great networking skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
