Pakka Skills exists to skill youth and upskill the existing workforce for the global compostable packaging solutions market. What are we looking for ? Pakka Skills is looking for a Head - of Partnership Development. Are you someone who can conceptualize, execute, and develop strategic alliances with established global companies in the compostable packing domain to accelerate revenue through corporate training and improve the placement outcomes of the students? What you will be doing : - Create a clear go-to-market plan highlighting the clear opportunity - Align business value for each stakeholder and co-create a business plan - Effectively communicate and represent Pakka Skills on various national and international platforms. - Keep track of technological developments in the packing domain. - Identify future industry training needs and work with academic institutions to develop market-\ relevant training programs. - Coordinate and support communication plans for enhanced visibility and influence with targeted audiences. - Interpret and analyze complex information from various sources and present it succinctly and compellingly. - Build vital KPIs and monitoring systems and create a clear budget for identified training - Build a clear ROI and justification for each investment and successfully manages revenue opportunities. - Manage training project cycle end to end - Sustain, manage, and cultivate a relationship with partners to foster deeper relationships and explore new opportunities - Drive continuous portfolio optimization of partners' performance as measured by revenue - Extensive travel for forging the new partnership and nurturing the old ones. What you will bring to the table: - Minimum 3 -5 years of experience in corporate relations in the process industry. The packaging domain will be an added advantage - Understanding of packaging/paper & pulp/fibre moulding technical now how - Developing and leading strategic partnership - B2B sales and track record of achieving revenue targets - Worked on multiple projects simultaneously - Represented organizations at national and international conferences and events and possess strong networking skills. - Led large-scale events to bring ecosystem players to the same platform - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Project Management and organizational skills - Love for mother earth.
