Incumbent is expected to have below given Roles and Responsibilities : - Establishing a robust product strategy using inputs from internal stakeholders such as business leads, delivery leads and leadership teams, as well as keeping in mind market trends - Building a ROI-driven product road map that captures full life cycle of the product from concept through maturity and eventually to disinvest stage - Building and actively managing a product backlog of features and capabilities that are groomed and prioritized in close collaboration with the business teams - Managing work allocation of scrum teams by translating features into prioritized user stories - Full participation in and support of agile practices and ceremonies to reinforce the agile transformation of the delivery team - Communicating and building consensus across multiple departments in creating the software product requirements - Thinking and innovating design to explore new ideas and drive the outcomes quickly - Proactively assisting the business to identify upcoming conflicts and resource gaps - Moreover serving as primary interface with development teams and technology teams on project planning and management - Contributing in creative brainstorms to improve the quality of AI teams services - Tracking investments and outcomes and report to leadership - Helping prioritize resources and investments - Driving penetration and growth of product portfolio Salary Offered : Up to 10 LPA
