Job Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program/Growth Manager to drive strategic initiatives for our (Credit Cards/ Gold Loan/ Insurance/ Lending/ collection) products.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing programs to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and overall product growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with organizational objectives for products.

- Program Management: Lead end-to-end program management, ensuring successful implementation, monitoring, and optimization of initiatives.

- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape for continuous improvement.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of growth programs.

- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to assess program performance, derive insights, and implement data-driven improvements.

- Customer Journey Optimization: Enhance the customer journey from onboarding to retention, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase customer satisfaction.

- Campaign Development: Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.

- KPI Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of growth initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Compliance: Ensure all programs adhere to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Qualifications :

- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

- Proven experience as a Program/Growth Manager in the financial services sector

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
