Program Manager - Collections

Job Purpose:

- Daily/Monthly Sales productivity tracking vs budget and key business metrics

- Scorecard computations

- Incentive Calculations

- Rewards and Recognition

- Regional Dashboards

Job Responsibility:

- To roll out scorecard to the frontline on monthly basis

- Track actuals vs targets for key business metrics at various levels

- Publishing and computing final winners' whenever Tactical announced

- Sending monthly finance and other data in specific data format with Group

- Budget exercises need to be done at BU, Centre and product level

- PnL ownership of Refinance Business Pod. Track daily progress of marketing, sales, revenue & funnel

- Collaborated closely with product teams to improve conversions

- collaborated closely with risk teams to improve approval rates and maintain healthy lending book quality

- Setting up & optimizing new traction channels

- Managing the complete customer life cycle from lead generation to conversion, collection, and customer service

- Enabling the sales team to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.

- Design the sales forecaste, planning, and budgeting process

- Execution of sales initiatives by collaborating with Product, Operations, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance functions to bring these solutions to life to generate new revenue

- User experience (NPS metrics)
