Paisabazaar.com is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for large-scale hiring needs, with a focus on lateral hiring and team handling. You will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and attracting top-tier candidates. Your expertise in lateral hiring, team management, strong data management skills, and ability to handle cross-functional tasks and stakeholder management will be instrumental in achieving our hiring goals.
Responsibilities:
- Expertise in lateral hiring, ensuring timely and quality recruitment of candidates.
- Effectively utilize hiring platforms to attract a diverse talent pool.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening, conducting interviews, assessing candidate fit, and coordinating offer negotiations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data, ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate strategies.
- Design and execute recruitment campaigns to reach potential candidates and build a strong employer brand.
- Focus on creating a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and maintaining open communication.
- Proactively source passive candidates and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies by staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and mentorship as needed.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in lateral hiring, with a focus on Non-IT roles, including Sales, Telesales, and BPO positions.
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and delivering high-quality talent.
- Strong sourcing skills and experience with various recruitment tools and platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
