MIS Analyst
We are seeking an experienced MIS (Management Information Systems) Analyst with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team. As an MIS Analyst, you will analyze and interpret data, generate insightful reports, and provide strategic recommendations to support decision-making processes. Proficiency in Excel and SQL is essential for this role. You will work closely with the Stakeholders and collaborate with various departments within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain MIS reporting systems to provide accurate and timely information to stakeholders.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards, presenting key findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Identify areas for improvement in existing processes, systems, and reports, and make recommendations for optimization.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and provide insights on specific projects or initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best data analysis and reporting practices.
- Assist in the implementation of new systems or technologies to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting capabilities.
- Support the Stakeholder in strategic decision-making by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an MIS Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Experience in generating reports and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
