Manager - Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs of our frontline sales team, including tele sales and sales executives

- Source qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and recruitment agencies

- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, priorities, and timelines, and provide regular updates on recruitment progress

- Build and maintain a talent pipeline of high-potential candidates for current and future hiring needs

- Utilize data and analytics to track key recruitment metrics, analyze hiring trends, and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus

- Experience in a fast-paced environment with high-volume hiring requirements, ideally within the fintech or financial services industry

- Strong expertise in frontline sales recruitment, including tele sales and sales executive roles, with a track record of meeting hiring targets within tight deadlines

- Excellent sourcing and networking skills, with a deep understanding of various recruitment channels and techniques

- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders

- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
