Their beauty brand offers a wide range of luxurious skincare and hair-care products specially designed for new moms. They use natural ingredients in their products that ensure that every mother's skin and hair becomes trouble-free, glowing and manageable. Their healing and repairing formula are certified by the strictest international standards with regards to safety needed in beauty products.

Founded by an MDI alumna with expansive knowledge and experience with beauty, wellness and healthcare leader, it is truly a world-class range exporting to various countries across the globe.

As a Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing strategies across the paid media platforms for business growth. You will be a champion on Google, FB, Programmatic and other paid media platforms to drive performance campaigns sharply to improve conversions on website.

What you will do:

- Executing end-to-end campaigns, liaising with key internal and external stakeholders

- Analysing campaign performance against key metrics to identify, recommend, and implement optimizations to increase efficiency, drive transactions and meet brands- KPIs

- Leveraging data, targeting product channels to collaborate with the teams in the development of tailored solutions that meet brands- goals

- Serving as a source of market intelligence for other areas of the Advertising team (e.g., product development, product marketing, pricing) and assisting in the development of best practices and operational efficiencies

- Monitoring and communicating campaign progress through regular, in-depth activity reports and insights, using this knowledge as a basis for future campaigns

- Co-leading monthly and quarterly reviews in front the larger management team

- Driving operational excellence to ensure that execution is - first-time-right- always

- Driving automation using third party tools to drive efficiencies across the advertising ecosystem

- Owning paid media targets across brands

- Proficient in utilizing Google Analytics and other analytics platforms to drive data-driven decision making

- Responsible for the Affiliate and Alliances for driving growth

Desired Candidate Profile

What you must have:

- Must have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in managing campaigns on Google Ads and FB Ads

- Must have at least 2 years of Google Analytics experience in using the platform for reporting and making data-driven decisions

- Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in using Affiliate network / publishers to grow business

- Strong analytical skills as well as experience in applying those skills in the advertising domain

- Excellent MS excel skills & presentation skills

- Team player, and ability to work under pressure

- High degree of ownership and perseverance

- Strong quantitative background - Engineering, Maths/Stats/Science graduates preferred
