Hiring an Investor Relations Manager

Requirements:

- Professional work experience of +5 years in Investor Relations.

- Must be adept at managing relationships across multiple investors (Both Equity and Debt)

- Chartered Financial Analyst preferred.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Expert interpersonal and networking skills with a variety of personalities and positions.

- Advanced Knowledge of the MS Office

Responsibilities:

- Managing the investor relations of the company

- Handling communication between the corporate management and our investors

- Collection of financial and business data from relevant stakeholders

- Communication and PR strategy for the Company

- Responding to the queries of Investors and Equity Analysts

- Financial modelling and valuation analysis

- Maintaining and adopting the best IR practices
