Description :

- Managing a healthy connection with clients

- Building relationships with candidates while understanding their current situation and potentially interests

- Placing the right candidate in the right role with the right organization

- Maintaining the candidate database

- Ensure the entire process of having a successful placement takes place smoothly

- Collect feedback from the candidate and the client

Profile :

The ideal candidate would be :

- An MBA from a Tier-1 university in India or abroad, with 2 to 5 years experience in a sales or consulting firm in a business or commercial role.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills with proven track record of success are a must.

- Possess business development skills and good with sales

We're looking for people who can have fun, are self-motivated and have the tenacity and the personality to thrive in a people role. We're also not looking for prior experience in HR or Recruitment is not required.
