Position : Business Development Manager

Reports to : Co-founders

- We solve the packaging hidden challenges for E-commerce, Logistics, Retail and Manufacturing industries prevent losses by deploying adequate material, standards and platform built by some of the best brains enabling unified solutions for the complete value chain

- PB is promoted by industry experts and leaders with decades of global business and technology expertise.

- It is a privately held company, with headquarters in NCR

Primary Accountabilities :

- Develop business development strategy and tactics to engage Packagingbees Pvt Ltd with target enterprise accounts, close deals, and drive revenue. Articulate clear target regions, accounts, and GTM plans for Packagingbees Pvt Ltd.

- Develop and nurture customer and partner pipeline to assist with overall planning, product road map, and systems integration via partners. Establish alignment between prospective deals and potential partners to fulfil solution insertion, pilot, and deployment.

- Act as a mentor to guide the company in general and the founders in particular.

- Provide leadership and mentor employees and any contractors that work for Packagingbees Pvt Ltd.

- Attend company meetings and provide feedback on overall strategy and tactics.

- Provide introductions and interviewing help for recruiting top talent to the company

- Provide feedback on company products and services to develop differentiation and strengthen competitive position in the market

Qualifications :

Essential :

- B.E/B.Tech with MBA in Sales and Marketing

- Atleast 5 years of relevant experience - B2B enterprise sales

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including C-level executives

- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Desirable :

- Experience in eCommerce, FMCG, Retail, Logistics space or Manufacturing

- Successfully led corporate sales function of a mid-sized organization or a start-up venture
