P2P Process Excellence Lead

1. Implement and drive P2P processes like - process engineering, process diagnostics, standardization, compliances, automations and continuous improvements

2. Drive and deliver continuous improvement, including change management, and interface with related functions, such as Manufacturing, Operations, Procurement, Finance, Logistics, and IT

3. Contribute to the development, delivery, and maintenance of procurement technology-based business solutions

4. Develop and maintain process descriptions (Business Process Mapping) in coordination with Procure to Pay Global Process Owner, and share best practices across regions

5. As a techno functional consultant be the bridge between processes and IT team

6. Interact and manage stakeholders such as tower heads, center head, US/ European leaders
