The person will be responsible for :  - Client interactions where a solution sale is needed for our product - Cloud Agent  - Preparing BRD documents where needed   - Technical & functional understanding of architecture, solution and design of product implementations  - Be capable of selling /designing solutions for business challenges of clients ( primarily India)  - Be capable of bundling telecom features with the product and give a comprehensive solution  The role includes requirement collection, documentation, product demo's, Solution design, understanding of how API integrations work, co-ordination with third party vendors and solution sale. Should be comfortable interacting with decision makers/CXO's and articulate in show casing the company and its products.  Good to Have's  - background in similar roles / exposure to client facing roles  - Knowledge of Pre-Sales life cycle  - Business Analyst background in IT services   - MBA from good college ( preferable)
