Key Responsibilities:

- Identify potential Publishers for inventory acquisition

- Develop and manage all publisher relationships; convince them to give inventory to Ozone

- Offer new and creative ways to work with publishers

- Get the relevant paper work coordinated and take the Publisher LIVE.

- Work closely with the Ad ops team for creation of the site, tags for the respective publishers.

- Collaborate with the sales team for site/channel specific campaign planning, execution and delivery of the campaign.

- Provide feedback to publishers to help them increase their revenues and margins.

- Be in constant touch with Publishers to keep them on board

Desire Candidates Profile:

Educational Qualifications, work experience:

- Graduate with 2-3 years. of experience in ad network or working with any DSPs

- Strong track record of building relationships with publishers

Skills:

- Negotiation skills

- Communication skills

- Analytical skills

- Convincing skills

- Relationship Management

Knowledge:

- Understanding of media buying

- Deep knowledge of the online advertising technology landscape

Abilities:

- Ability to deliver results with minimal supervision

- Passionate about working in a fast paced start up environment

- Attention to detail
