Job Description:
Account's Manager - Ad Operations
- Maintain strong client relationship, as well as developing new business from existing clients.
- Manage the expectations of the clients, manage the service delivery process, resolve disruptions, win the repeat business.
- Maintain or exceed a minimum amount of sales.
- Handling global clients for new campaigns, understanding their objective and proving ROI.
- Stabilizing the demand & supply management in terms of Inventory, delivery & feasibility.
- Campaign Optimization & Delivery.
- Assisting team to maintaining 100% fulfillment of campaigns.
- Creating SLA's, Process documents, pacing reports & Profitability dashboard.
- Assist the technology team and assisting them with new features, logic, ad format & other improvements.
- Review various reports surrounding the metrics of the sales department
Candidate Profile:
- Must be a graduate / Post Graduate with 4-8 years of experience
- Prior experience working with a advertisement/Media company is essential
- Hands on experience in account management and the process of Ad Operations
- Sound Theoretical and practical knowledge required
Strong personal attributes in a candidate as listed below would be deemed necessary:
