Ozone Group - National Manager - International Skin Care Brand

Ozone Ayurvedic is looking for National Manager for luxury international skin care brand based at Delhi with following attributes:

- Candidate can manage sales and business development for the brand on National Level.

- To promote entire range of brand at select standalone spas/ spas in hotel/ key salon chains.

- To keep updated data and develop strong relationship with high end customers.

- To align trainings for new customers on the brand.

- To regularly update the brand presentation in salons in terms of merchandising & POS materials.

- To manage leads for sales generation

- To interact and motivate team to achieve defined sales target as per business plan.

- To organize and team trainings as and when needed.

- To keep self and team abreast with recent changes being done in luxury skin care.

Desired candidate Profile:

Candidate should have experience in business development for luxury international skin and hair brands in india.

Having technical knowledge of skin care would be added advantage.

Those with experience at brands like Thalgo, La Praire, Sheseido, Dermalogica, Repechage, Skyndor, etc will be successful candidate.

Can convert high end standalone spas, spas in four and five star hotels to promote the brand.

Must have a pleasing personality.

Should be enthusiastic about making brand successful.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Able to lead a team of Regional sales managers and technical.
