Core responsibility:
- Ensure effectiveness across the defined HR Verticals by acting as a functional specialist and productivity enabler, where required.
- In the absence of any vertical head, directly lead the operations of the relevant HR vertical
- Lead the execution of key HR functions
- Employee Life Cycle Management (hiring, training, employee engagement, annual appraisals, operations, grievance management and exit management)
- Performance Management(Enable Performance Management, Quarterly / Annual Appraisal management, Enable Career Development as well as Succession Planning)
- Co-ordinate the senior management performance reviews with the CMD on a monthly basis
- Co-ordinate & upgrade the - roles and goals- exercise for all unique positions in the company. Co-ordinate KPG based performance reviews with leaders on a quarterly basis
- Partner with business leaders, to enhance the employee experience for all phases of the employment lifecycle (attracting, developing, retaining) within the organization
- Upskilling of the leadership team and direct reportees to CMD through functional and leadership coaching, and effectively manage transitions.
- Review, benchmark and update employee policies and HR processes, basis market practice. Build measurable HR systems basis SLAs and TAT
- Lead independent corporate HR projects like developing leadership team, compensation benchmarking, fast tracker program
- Launch employee communication systems, including employee satisfaction surveys; skip level meetings, town halls, whistle blower systems, and HR policy cascades. Record employee feedback, take corrective actions where needed
Additional responsibility :
- Supports the implementation of corporate values and cultureacross levels and work with business leaders to improve organizational performance.
- Strategic partner - Participate in the development of different business leaders and as a strategic partner, but particularly from the perspective of the impact on people.
Necessary Qualifications:
- MBA in HRM or equivalent
- 8-10 years of experience across HR functions in Pharma / FMCG or manufacturing company
- Strong presentation, and verbal and written communication skills
- Strong financial and business reporting skills
- Fluency in English (speaking, reading and business professional writing)
- Must be highly flexible and self-motivated, and be able to take full ownership of projects and deliver a quality end-product with minimum guidance
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
