Zonal Quality Head

Key Responsibilities :
1. Overall zonal responsibility and accountability for quality
- Ensure all inventory in the zone meets the required quality parameters
- Proactively identify areas of concerns in quality of inventory (room/property) and take actions for resolutions
- Ensure appropriate actions are taken by the team wherever quality is impacting Guest experience
- Preempt Audit requirements and risks and provide inputs for smarter and efficient audits
- Liaison with cross functional team to ensure effective execution of the audit/feedback loop system
- Create and implement best practices on field, policies and processes
2. Staff training :
- Ideate and drive various training and staff coaching on perfect hospitality and guest experience themes
- Ensure effective training on Quality and hospitality in the zone and review the impact on business performance
3. People Leadership :
- Oversee the performance of Quality leads in the zone and provide support as required
- Coach and develop team members to achieve goals and set targets
- Ensure and drive cost optimization and productivity for manpower in the team in alignment with defined targets
